In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar, alleging 13 causes of complaint, charged the accused with violating provisions of the Oregon Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rules (DRs) (applicable to conduct before January 1, 2005) and the Oregon Rules of Professional Conduct (RPCs) (applicable to conduct on and after January 1, 2005).
