Appellant was tried before a general court-martial with members and, contrary to his pleas, was convicted of: attempted larceny, in violation of Article 80, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 880; willful damage to military property of the United States, in violation of Article 108, UCMJ; larceny, in violation of Article 121, UCMJ; extortion, in violation of Article 127, UCMJ; assault, in violation of Article 128, UCMJ; housebreaking, in violation of Article 130, UCMJ; and false swearing, and two counts of wrongful communication of a threat, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ.
