FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

The appellant, contrary to his pleas, was found guilty by members at a general court-martial of various offenses in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.1 He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for four years and total forfeitures. The general court-martial convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged. The United States Navy Court of Military Review affirmed this decision in an opinion. 3 M.J. 1020 (N.C.M.R.1977).
