The plaintiffs, Maritime Ventures, LLC, and Maritime Motors, Inc., appeal, following our grant of certification, 1 from the judgment of the Appellate Court affirming the trial court’s judgment denying the plaintiffs’ request for an injunction prohibiting the defendants, the city of Norwalk (city), the Norwalk redevelopment agency (redevelopment agency) and French Norwalk, LLC (French), from acquiring by eminent domain certain properties owned by the plaintiffs.
