The plaintiffs, Renaissance Management Company, Inc., Renaissance Hill Limited Partnership, BHP Limited Partnership, Capitol Plaza Associates Limited Partnership, GAB Hill Limited Partnership and WCH Limited Partnership, appeal 1 from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.
