DUPONT, J.
This is an appeal from the judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the plaintiffs, Patrick Marshall and Deborah Marshall, quieting title in them to a parcel of property located on Damascus Road in the town of Branford, and ordering that the defendant, Joseph Soffer, remove a fence and other *739material placed on the property and restore the area to its prior condition, “insomuch as that is reasonably possible, by the said removal and the removal of any dead brush, limbs or other debris.”2
