The plaintiffs Top of the Town, LLC, Thomas V. Marshall and Tyrone W.G. Marshall appeal from the judgment, rendered after a trial to the court, determining that the defendant, Somers Sportsmen’s Association, Inc., had gained title to approximately twenty-three acres of the plaintiffs’ property through adverse possession. They claim on appeal that the court improperly found that the defendant was not occupying the land with the landowners’ implied permission and failed to find that the defendant’s recognition of title in the Marshalls defeated its ownership claim.
