The plaintiffs, Wladyslaw Lacic and Kazimiera Lacic, appeal from the judgment of the trial court quieting title in the defendants, Jose F. Tomas and Ema Tomas, to a certain strip of land that runs between the parties’ properties. On appeal, the plaintiffs claim that the court improperly (1) found that the northern boundary of the plaintiffs’ property is located where it is depicted on a survey prepared by James E.
