Parker, J.:

This is a workmen’s compensation case. In the proceeding before the compensation commissioner and in the district court the claimant recovered. ' The respondent and insurance carrier appeal from the district court’s award.

So far as the issues on appellate review are concerned little, if any, dispute exists as to the facts.
