This is a workmen’s compensation proceeding wherein it was conceded plaintiff suffered injury as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment.
After a hearing the commissioner rendered an award and judgment of 119 compensable weeks for temporary total disability and in addition 210 weeks for total loss of use of claimant’s right arm with compensation at the rate of $18 per week with certain deductions for compensation already paid.
