Harvey, J.;

This is a workmen’s compensation case. Claimant was allowed compensation for the loss of an eye, as provided in G. S. 1935, 44-510 (3) (c) (15). Respondents have appealed and con*403tend the court erred, (1) in holding that the claim for compensation was made in time, and (2) in not giving credit on the award of compensation for payments which the claimant previously had received because of a prior injury to the eye. All other facts entitling claimant to compensation had been stipulated.
