G. S. Blankenship, on October 10, 1925, mortgaged the automobile involved in this cause to Marietta Motor Company, which company assigned the mortgage to the National Bond & Investment Company. The mortgage was filed in the office of the county clerk! of Love county, Okla., the county in which the mortgage was executed, and in which the automobile was then located. The automobile was taken to Mar-low, Stephens county, Okla., where it remained, and on the 29th or 30th day of November, 1925, less than 120 days after the mortgage was executed and filed, the automobile was sold to R.…
