The above-entitled cases were consolidated for the purpose of trial. Separate findings were adopted in each case and separate judgments were rendered against the defendant. The complaints were drawn in the form of assumpsit. They are for money deposited with an agent of the defendant Prudential Guarantee Building and Loan Association. The agent failed to account to the association for any of these deposits and appropriated them to his own use.
