KAUGER, Justice:

The complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association (Bar Association), alleges two counts of misconduct by the respondent, Elaine Meek (Meek/attorney). In its complaint, the Bar Association alleged mishandling of client funds by commingling and conversion.1 In its brief in chief, the Bar Association insists that it has proven by clear and convincing evidence that Meek misappropriated client funds.2 The second count involves misrepresentations made to the Bar Association in relation to the facts and circumstances surrounding the grievance.3 We find that the *695Bar Association established by…
