The district court terminated T.D.’s parental rights to her fifth child after finding that she failed to rebut the presumption of parental unfitness that arose when she involuntarily transferred custody of her fourth child and that four other statutory grounds supported termination. T.D. challenges the termination, arguing that the district court erred by taking judicial notice of the involuntary-transfer order and that she overcame the presumption of unfitness.
