This is an action for declaratory relief respecting plaintiff’s alleged right to use certain roads and develop certain ore deposits in the Clark Mountain Mining District of San Bernardino County; for an injunction to prevent interference with such rights; and for the determina tion of the title of the parties to certain mining claims.
