The plaintiff appeals1 from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a court trial, rejecting the plaintiffs claim for the imposition of a constructive trust on certain property owned by one of the defendants and subject to a mortgage in favor of the other defendant. The case was tried pursuant to a three count amended complaint.
