John L. Giulietti, the defendant in each of four cases that were consolidated for trial, appeals from the judgments rendered against him and in favor of the various plaintiffs. This intrafamily litigation revolves around the defendant’s allegedly improper effectuation of a plan tó transfer ownership of a family’s assets from the parents to their four adult children.
