FOTI, J.

The plaintiff, Larry D. Spector, trustee, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered for the defendants. The plaintiff claims that the court *123improperly concluded that the defendants2 met their burden of proving that they did not breach their fiduciary duty to the plaintiff.3 The plaintiff further argues that the court improperly concluded that the plaintiff is not entitled to damages caused by the defendants’ breach of their fiduciary duty.
