This case is before the court on appeal from a judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas, which granted the summary judgment motion of appellees, the Lakota Local School District Board of Education and its individual members, Ronald Billow, J. William Zimmerman, James Parsons, David Stroud, and Harold Biddle, and the Superintendent of the Lakota School District, Robert A. Ludwig. Appellant, Catherine A.
