{¶ 1} Appellants and cross-appellees, Wauseon Plaza Limited Partnership, C.O. Management Services Company, and Charles O. Howey, trustee of the Charles O. Howey Trust (collectively “Plaza Limited”), appeal from the judgment of the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas granting judgment in the amount of $681,570.71 to appellee and cross-appellant Wauseon Hardware Company (“Wauseon Hardware”).
