Local Union # 1119, Minnesota Council # 65 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (Local 1119) and Local Union #791, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (Local 791) appeal from the trial court’s denial of their joint motions to compel the Mesabi Regional Medical Center (Medical Center) and the City of Hibbing, respectively, to enter into arbitration pursuant to the terms of their collective bargaining agreements.
