CARROLL, District Judge.
On August 22, 1983, Plaintiff David P. Valentine (Valentine) commenced this action seeking a prohibitory and mandatory injunction against Defendant Mobil Oil Corporation (Mobil). Valentine seeks a preliminary injunction against Mobil enjoining it from nonrenewing or terminating Valentine’s franchise, (including service station facilities leased from Mobil) and from commencing demolition of the service station facilities.
