The district court below granted plaintiff Brach’s motion for summary judgment on the issue of wrongful nonrenewal of his franchise relationship with defendant Amoco Oil Co. (“Amoco”) under Title I of the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (“PMPA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 2801-2806 (Supp. Ill 1979), and his motion to dismiss Amoco’s state counterclaim for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
