Blaine and Debbie Mogil appeal a summary judgment in their action against California Physicians’ Insurance Corporation (CPIC) and Blue Shield of California seeking compensatory and punitive damages for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of contract, violation of Insurance Code provisions, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress and civil conspiracy.
