PINE, District Judge.
This is an action in which plaintiff, Louis Saul, seeks an injunction against defendants, Pasquale J. Thalis and Capitol Beauty Supply & Equipment Company, to restrain the former from engaging in the sale of barber and beauty shop equipment and the latter from employing the former as a salesman of such equipment. For convenience, defendant Thalis will be referred to herein as defendant and Capitol Beauty Supply & Equipment Company by its name.
