The contract upon which this action is based, recites that McDonald’s Self-Service System, Inc. is a California corporation and the originator and creator of a self-service drive-in food establishment system, generally known and referred to as “McDonald’s Speedee System”.; that this system includes special design of building, equipment layout, food formulas for hamburgers, cheeseburgers, malts, soft drinks, and french fries, and a chart method of inventory, schedule of business practices, and policies.
