The plaintiff, Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC), brought this action against the defendant Robert Bicknell, formerly employed by the plaintiff, and the defendant The Analytic Sciences Corporation (Analytic), by whom Bicknell was hired after he resigned from the plaintiff.
