OPINION

KRUCKER, Judge.

Appellant, John Campisano sued appel-lee, Franklin M. Phillips, for breach of contract. Judgment was rendered in favor of appellee and this appeal followed. We affirm.

On September 15, 1971, appellant entered into a written contract to perform architectural services for Bella Vista Apartments, Inc. The agreement, signed by ap-pellee, both individually and as president of Bella Vista,, provided that appellant was to be paid $45,000 plus adjustments for additional services.
