THE COURT.

Upon the very earnest insistence of appellants that the decision of this case by the district court of appeal, affirming the judgment of the trial court, did not correctly state the law and had done an injustice to the appellants, a hearing was granted by this court to enable it to carefully study the record upon appeal and the contentions of the parties with reference- thereto.
