Plaintiff began this action to obtain a decree declaring that the defendant holds title to an undivided one half of a certain lot 14 in block 93, fully described in the complaint, in trust for the plaintiff, for an accounting of the money advanced by the defendant in the purchase thereof, and to compel the defendant, upon payment to him by the plaintiff of the amount advanced on behalf of the plaintiff by him, to convey to plaintiff said one-half interest.
