In this action Lorenzo Grier seeks to enjoin the city of Tulsa from collecting paving assessments' assessed against his property for paving Eighth street in said city from Madison avenue to Norfolk avenue. It is alleged that said assessment is illegal for want of jurisdiction in said city to levy the same. A demurrer to plaintiff’s petition was sustained and judgment entered in favor of defendant. Plaintiff appeals.
