This is an action for an accounting of the affairs of an alleged partnership existing between plaintiff’s intestate and defendant.
The allegations of the complaint were substantially as follows: The deceased and defendant were at the time of the death of the deceased, January 2, 1902, partners in the business of farming and stockraising, and had been such for thirty years next preceding such death.
