WHITE, J., pro tem.

This is an action by a minor son of the age of 19% years to compel his father to support him during his minority and to pay him sufficient money so that the son might attend college. The action was filed January 22, 1935, and the son attained his majority June 11, 1936. After a trial before the court, sitting without a jury, judgment was awarded the son against his father, directing the latter to pay the sum of $150 per month during the minority of the son.
