Plaintiff Ruth Estwick is the widow of Earl Estwick and administratrix of his estate. Mrs. Estwick brings this suit against her husband’s former employer pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (“Title VII”); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 (“ADEA”); and the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 (“ADA”).
