OPINION OF THE COURT

SULLIVAN, Judge:

On May 15, 1985, appellant was tried before a military judge sitting alone at a special court-martial at Fort Lewis, Washington. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of willfully disobeying a lawful order of a superior commissioned officer on two occasions in violation of Article 90, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 890. Appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge and forfeiture of $200.00 pay per month for 3 months. The convening authority approved the sentence.
