Quinn, Chief Judge:

In 1955, the accused was graduated from Washington State University and honored as a Distinguished Military Graduate for his participation in the University’s Reserve Officer’s Train-'ng Corps program. He accepted a commission in the Air Force and entered upon active duty. Under Air Force aegis he continued academic studies at the University of Michigan, earning a Master’s degree in Psychology and completing the academic requirements for a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology degree.
