GEORGE W. LATIMER, Judge:

Petitioner was tried by a general court-martial for willfully disobeying the lawful command of a superior officer ; for simple assault, and for wrongfully discharging a firearm under circumstances such as to endanger human life, in violation of Articles 90, 128 and 134, respectively, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC §§ 684, 722, and *693728. He was found guilty of all the charges and specifications and sentenced to be dishonorably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for ten years.…
