The defendants, Peter Guimaraes and Guimaraes Construction, Inc., appeal from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiffs, Layne R. Miller and Paula Miller, in connection with an agreement between the parties for the sale of a lot and the construction of a residential dwelling on it.
