This is an appeal from an order denying plaintiff’s motion to issue execution after the lapse of five years from the entry of judgment.

On August 8, 1930, in the Superior Court of Imperial County, plaintiff was given default judgment against defendants in the sum of $1171.11 and $19 costs. On September 28, 1931, execution on the judgment was issued to the- sheriff of Los Angeles County and was returned wholly unsatisfied.
