Action for conversion of a promissory note brougM by John F. Werner against the administrator of his mother’s estate. Following an adverse decision by the court sitting without a jury, plaintiff’s motion for amended findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order for judgment, or, in the alternative, for a new trial was denied. From the order denying this motion, plaintiff appeals.
