This is an action to recover for personal injuries and property damage sustained as the result of an automobile collision on the afternoon of November 19, 1939, on Wayzata Boulevard in Minneapolis. . At and near the place of the accident the boulevard has a roadway 34 feet wide paved with brick. Although there were no lines marked on the pavement, it was wide enough for three lanes of traffic.
