Appeal from an order of the trial court denying plaintiff’s motion for amended findings, conclusions, and judgment, and in the alternative, for a new trial.

This is an action by plaintiff, Lillian A. Danielson Gifford, against defendants, Alta B. Vore and Glenn Yore. The suit was started for trespassing; default judgment was entered and later reopened.
