Action for the enforcement of an alleged adoption contract, and for a decree adjudging plaintiff to be the heir at law of defendant Ole O. Wold, and of his wife, Signed Wold, now deceased. Plaintiff had judgment as prayed for in his complaint, 'and defendants appealed from an order denying their motion for amended findings or a new trial.
