This is an action by the plaintiffs to quiet their title against the alleged claims of the defendants to an undivided three-fourths interest in some eight thousand acres of land. The complaint alleges that the plaintiffs are the owners of said interest in the land, that the defendants, without right, claimed an interest therein adverse to plaintiffs,, and prayed that the title of the plaintiffs be quieted and for general relief.
