OPINION

LEWIS, Judge.

Plaintiff, First American Bank of Nashville, N.A., Trustee (Trustee), has appealed from the Chancellor’s granting of defendants and third-party plaintiffs, Frank A. Woods, L. Daniel Scott, and Joe R. Hyde, III (Guarantors), 1 motion for summary judgment. The Guarantors appealed from the dismissal of their third-party complaint against third-party defendant, Anacomp Micrographics, Inc.
