This case concerns the enforceability of a personal guaranty executed by appellants, Mike Waller and Frieda Waller d/b/a Farmer’s Supply and Elevator, for the benefit of the appellees, Hardeman County Bank, Bank of Bolivar and Merchants and Planters Bank of Toone. 1 The trial court entered judgment for the Banks as against the Wallers 2 in the amount of $42,765.67 and awarded an additional $10,030 in attorney fees.
