OPINION
TODD, Presiding Judge.
This appeal involves the prolonged litigation initiated by plaintiff on May 14, 1971, to recover the value of his interest in a partnership. A former, interlocutory appeal was decided by this Court on April 27, 1973. Upon remand, there was a reference to a Special Master who reported that plaintiff should have judgment for $620,-478.46, for the value of the plaintiff’s interest and profits thereon to and including December 31, 1980.
