MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CASTILLO, District Judge.
Illinois residents Lawrence and Theresa Cavin (“Plaintiffs”) filed this class action against Home Loan Center Inc. d/b/a Ho-meLoanCenter.com (“Defendant”), claiming that the company accessed their credit reports without a permissible purpose in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA” or “the Act”), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. (R. 1, Compl. at 1.) Before the Court are the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment.
