Plaintiffs Jeanne and Charles Biggs (“the Biggs”) allege that Defendants Ea-glewood Mortgage, LLC and Countrywide Bank N.A., 1 individually and as co-conspirators, engaged in a mortgage scheme with the intent to defraud them. Countrywide has filed a Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment as to all claims.
